Melissa has been an Insurance Agent since 1993 and is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. She and her husband Steve Parsons opened the doors to Parsons Insurance group, Inc on July 1st, 2007. As the owner and agency principal, she offers an exceptional experience to all of her clients by listening and caring about their insurance needs and those of their family. Melissa’s specialty lies in Life insurance. She also helps to meet her client’s need of personal lines such as Auto, Home and Business Insurance. She is a native of Gastonia, NC, where she resides with her husband and beautiful Yorkie Savannah.

Pam Bell

My name is Pam Bell and I am a licensed property and casualty agent. I have been in the insurance industry for the last 8 years and I was licensed 1 and a half years ago. I live in Kings Mountain, NC with my family and animals and I’m very involved in my church. In my spare time I enjoy going for walks, going to christian concerts and spending time outside as much as possible. Come see me for all of your insurance needs. I look forward to helping you!

Jennifer Burch

Jennifer has been a part of the Parsons Insurance Group Inc family for over 10 years. She is licensed in North Carolina and helps our clients with all of their questions or concerns about their insurance and policy matters. She considers building relationships the best part of her job and treats her clients like family. Jennifer is a native of Charlotte, NC and resides in Bessemer City, NC with her husband Chris and their adorable Beagle fur baby Candy, whom they love with all of their hearts.
